i don't feel like getting into the whole song and dance-- cuz it's mexican and it's pretty much ya know-- what you'd expect. oh but i must say i do like the stuffed peppers and the pulled pork and the chorizo taco mostest of all.
i tried the "traditional" sumpn sumpn pork sandwich too. the inside stuffs was yummy but the bun was totally stupid. and stale.

Cabrito is a GREAT GREAT restaurant to use as a "case study" if you hear what i'm sayin. as in: think about why BarFry was such a ridiculous mess and how Cabrito just boom turned that shit around with little effort and no time flat. they are seriously kickin ass in there now chaching cha ching ching ching.

Yeah, and then think about why it is Josh DeChellis just can't seem to get his shit together to- chaching!- cash in on any of it.
